My promise

This is a document I have made to illustrate my promises to the community regarding their donations to my events, my events, my staff for events and my roles in other events. I will send this link to staff working for my events, donators of large sums (above 50k), on my events pages and on any other event pages for events i will be working on/for.

• Information on this page can be added or removed at any time without consent of others, even though it will try to be in favor of others.

Regarding player donations

• You as a donator are responsible to keeping a list of your donations incase an event must be cancelled. I will try to make a list for every donator, an if both lists match exactly, or very closely, your donations will be returned. Please bear in mind all donations may not return intact.
• You will be asked if your donations can be passed onto another person to run the event, or to another event altogether.
• You MUST give an email adress, or form of private internet contact which I can use to keep you up to date on the event.

Regarding my events

• Information on my events can be changed at any time up till 5 minutes before the event. This incudes time changes, district numbers, amount of items to give away etc.
• If my events are cancelled, I will attempt to return all player donations to players at their consent. All retained donations (by player consent) will be used for other events i may plan to host, or to other events.

Regarding my staff

• Staff for some positions, such as storage will need one reference or proof of experience in the field. These positions will be clearly indicated on forums. Please contact me with a reference if applying for one of these positions.
• A form or pay for staff may be negotiated with staff.
• Staff are expected to be present at the event unless their position says otherwise. All staff will be notified of changes of time and district etc., and must notify me if they cannot make it due to these changes. Reserves staff must do the same.

Regarding me as staff

• I will do my best to get to the right place at the right time, and fufil the duties laid out in any job description.
• I will notify the head of the event whether i can make the event or not, and pass on anything that needs to be passed on.
• I will use my knowledge and experience to handle trolls and other unruly players, and handle disruptions of the event, or do as instructed to by the head of the event to the best of my ability.
• I will try and film the event, and do my best not to make the video bad, like many of my others.
