I propose cross-district reporting/cross town reporting. This would eliminate: Private Message flaming, spamming, account buying, and guild/alliance abuse..

Gold Trading and Account Trading give them plat, and you drat.

Also..... Tonicmaking anyone? Such as player-made Tonicmaking, I've always wanted to make my own tonic and turn into it.

Also maybe tonics at consumables traders.

I propose you should get banned after 5 instances of dishonorable... To eliminate chronic leechers.

I also propose there should be this amount among the course of two days.... if you're dishonorable 5 times for every two days, you really are a chronic leecher.

This eliminates the possibility of someone being banned for just going to the restroom, but makes it to where the real leechers get sentenced.

[edit] Misc Suggestions

I suggest that in GW 2 you may be able to shapeshift, make tonics, and war among guilds as it is named.

Shapeshifting: You may summon spirits of the creature desired, similar to tonics, but it would give you that creature's skills.

Tonicmaking: You become the creature using a trophy dropped by it, but you retain your current skills.

Guild Wars: First of all, I'll let you know, this'll be a bit bigger than the sentences above. I propose that in Guild Wars 2 you should be able to declare wars on enemy guilds for the sake of land/treasure, capitalize on the land (Citybuilding, farming, etc), and build your very own army and empire. This is how it works, you take over a section of land, and a guild leader lives in a guild hall of that area, and if you kill the guild lord of that area, you "Steal" the land from the enemy guild.

Eternal Armor: Ever gone to the fissure of woe, knelt to a shrine of balthazar, or see Kilnn Testibrie? Have you seen his armor and wanted to have it? well, that's what I'm suggesting, that as well as we having Eternal Weapons, why not have eternal armor?

My favorite weapons are: The Crystalline Sword, Eternal Blade, Fiery Blade Axe, Obsidian Edge, Shadow Blade, Icy Blade Axe and, the favorite, the Vampiric Dragon Sword !!!
