Tyria (Prophecies) - Defend Droknar's Forge onward
Cantha (Factions) - The Defenders of the Forest onward
Elona (Nightfall) - Attack at the Kodash onward

Capture Savannah Heat, and Echo (I hate this, tried capping at least 5 times and the boss never spawned), among others
Gain the highest Sunspear rank and Lightbringer rank possible-currently Sunspear General; no Lightbringer rank
R12 Allegiance (Kurzick) Currently R3, Companion.
Gain the Cartographer title for all campaigns
Complete all bonuses

Use Aura of Restoration and Elemental Attunement to keep up health and energy. Figure out skills on your own.

I fool around with this build often; the standard skills are Aura of Restoration, Elemental Attunement, and Fireball. I mix Fire Attunement, Rodgort's Invocation, Meteor, Meteor Shower, Mind Burn, Resurrection Signet (or Sunspear Rebirth Signet), and Signet of Capture into this as situations warrant.

This is a version of the common Shadow Form farming build. Cast Fire Attunement and Flame Djinn's Haste. Run around, aggroing desired mobs. Cast Shadow Form, then the rest of the skills in order.
