You're on my user page so that means you want to know more about me, right? (Well, even if you didn't, you're here now so you might as well waste a few minutes of your life reading about me anyway.) Enjoy, it's truly riveting stuff!

I've been playing GW since Spring 2006, when I borrowed a copy of Prophecies from a friend and discovered that it wasn't as PvP-centric as I'd thought. I made and deleted a tonne of characters in presearing and Old Ascalon on his account while I worked out which class I liked best and tried to settle on a look and a name that I was still happy with the next day.

The first character I stuck with beyond Piken Square on my own account was a necro, Gaia Ravenheart, who I'd attempted to make as a serious RP character with which to experience the entire storyline for the first time. It didn't take me long to find out that RP in GW wasn't quite going to work out the way I hoped due to the fixed nature of the storyline and the lack of other RPers, and by the time I got to the Maguuma Jungle I was struggling with the henchmen and bored by the slow-casting necro playstyle.

In the meantime I'd been continuing my character/class experimentation in presearing and come up with a suitably stupid GWesque name for a male mesmer I intended to play when partnering my husband, but as he was too busy with Dark Age of Camelot I wound up soloing the mesmer as well... and he was far more interesting to play than Gaia had ever been. I've made and deleted a tonne more characters since creating Mister Smartypants (including Gaia - her face was never quite the same after lipsync was added), but none of them have come close to giving me the feeling of satisfaction I get when playing him.

Currently in GW I'm title-chasing on Smarty and still having fun in alliance battles. Having tried a bit of HA and GvG semi-recently and really enjoyed it even though I've got a lot to learn, I'd like to do more of both - I just have to stop spending so much time on PvE and ABs first.

Where this wiki's concerned I'm more of a user than a contributor. I do most of my posting over at GWO and a little bit on Guru every now and then.
