I'm setting up a build for my mesmer and heroes. In order to make the game more rewarding, I capture the skills instead of just buying them. It slows somewhat the progression of the game, but makes you think more about the uses of skills. This page will be improved in the future to include my other LVL20 characters (all legendary survivors!... and they were made using the classic way and not using this quicky method in Eye of the North.)
