This guide's purpose is to compare the different ways of extending storage space

Each character can store up to 45 item stacks.

Each xunlai chest pane can store up to 20 item stacks.

PvE accounts will have an extra xunlai materials pane.

You have a few ways to extend your storage space:

  1. Buy a character slot for $9.99 - This gives you 45 slots.
  2. Buy a campaign for $29.99 on a new account - This gives you 4 characters, 2 xunlai chest panes and 1 xunlai materials pane, which equals to 220 slots not inclusive of the 36 slots by the xunlai materials pane.
  3. Buy all three campaigns in a neat package on a new account for $49.99 - This gives you 8 characters, 4 xunlai chest panes and 1 xunlai materials pane, which equals to 440 slots not inclusive of the 36 slots by the xunlai materials pane.
    1. Buy campaigns off of amazon If you look on amazon.com, you can often find all three campaigns and EotN for more than half off what the in game store charges.
  4. Buy a PvP account for $19.99 - This gives you 4 characters, 1 xunlai chest pane, which equals to 200 slots.
  5. The april storage update, details on it are unclear at the moment.

  • Buying a character slot costs approximately 22 cents a slot.
  • Buying a campaign costs approximately 13.6 cents a slot(11.7 cents a slot if you factor in the materials pane).
  • Buying all 3 campaigns cost approximately 11.4 cents a slot(10.5 cents a slot if you factor in the materials pane).
  • Buying a PvP account costs approximately 10 cents a slot.

These calculations show clearly that purchasing character slots is the most inefficient way of extending your storage slots.

The PvP account would be the most cost efficient way to extend your storage space, even if you do NOT have 40~ different materials needing extra storage outside of the materials storage.

Tips for bargains[edit]

  • Browse Amazon.com for often-lower prices on GW campaign codes.
