The current way fails. It equals team1build > team2build, team2build > team3build, team3build > team1build, and hexway > team1build + team2build + team3build. Just give players a small extra side bar for skills up to 4 slots. Up the time before start of a match 10 more seconds or just make an AoE in the start gates that allows you to see the extra bar and swap out skills. Also while in the start area create a pop-up box of the 4 man opposition for players to judge changes based on their experience with tendencies.

Why this is a good idea
  •  Less guessing games in 4 man arenas and allows teams to more likely battle in a balanced manner.
  •  Result useful countering instead of having situational useful skills.
  •  Would require people to think more and people need intellectual stimulation.
  •  Will hopefully make hexway less effective. AMEN.
Why it may not work out
  •  Requires effort to be put forth into coding for game as well as testing.
  •  ANet doesn't implement for whatever reason.
