moved from Talk:Defender of Ascalon

We changed the acquisition of this title to facilitate the filing of securities of newcomers who play Guild Wars for have the achievements in GW2.

Premise: we put the title Legendary Defender of Ascalon 5 years ago, we have firmly said that it was not possible to acquire also survived and there was another way of acquiring the title if not with the death leveling .

Quote: Instead, we are adding These daily quests to do the title justice and to let players play the game legitimately to earn the title. After all, do you really feel like a Legendary Defender of Ascalon after letting the charr kill you endlessly? -> Even though we had often stress that encourage us to resolve this discrepancy, it officially or not, we have defined the ONLY way through which it was possible acquire the title as an "exploit", but not because do not we were aware, we knew it, but now that we have many more players it seems fair to entice them to play.

As for the few players who managed to archive the title before March 3, the only way available decided by us, we say: we have changed mind, you have cheated by using a bug and. .. we do not care of you, now that we have made the title more accessible we can boast of many more players, see you "nerd".

I could suggest a similar speech for drunk and Survivor, but I will not become tedious.

I invite the readers, if they agree, to leave their signature to express their wish to see this written on the official GW Site (not for changes in game):

Not what that page is for. If you want to have developers change the official website (or even read your comment), look at Feedback:Getting started. G R E E N E R 15:51, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
I did miss one step, which I know is often over-looked when it comes to the feedback section. You need to create an account on this wiki for that page to be attached to. Right now, the non-existing user is named "3". If that is the username you want to keep, simply create an account here for yourself as "3". Again, sorry for not saying that, above. This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it.

We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
