I used to play this game 3 years ago.
I cannot remember my password or it has changed.
Apparently someone has stolen my account and gotten it banned.
The support team doesn't believe me.
Someone else is claiming to ANet that my account is theirs.
Anet will not check the game codes to verify ownership.
Thank you ANet. Thank god I avoided 3 years of god awful customer service and gaming.
