Hi, welcome to the wiki. Just dropping by and telling you that your signature currently violates the signature policy. To correct your signature, you will need to:

• Upload the image as your own personal image, for example File:User Master Levan signature.jpg. Simply save the image, and then reupload it under an appropriate name.
• Reduce the image dimensions so it's no larger than 19x19px. If using the above example, simply add |19px to the end of the image (i.e. [[File:User Master Levan signature.jpg|19px]]
• The image also has to direct to either your userpage, talk page, or your contributions. To do this, go onto the image's page, click the edit button, and redirect it to the appropriate page. If you want it to go to your talk page, simply add #RedirectUser talk:Master Levan.

I took the liberty of uploading a copy of the cape emblem you were using to the proper location, at File:User_Master_Levan_sig.png.

If you were to use your current user signature code, with the new file, it would look like this
