Alliance announcements

Each guild has a "status" section, where officers can make announcements. But what about a noticeboard for the whole alliance?

Why this is a good idea

•  Makes life as an alliance leader easier. You can organize alliance-wide events more easily (saves on people constantly PMing you for details). You can set rules about alliance member behaviour, more easily (for instance, guidelines for use of alliance chat).

Why it may not work out

•  Too difficult to program? (*NOT*)
