Allow appearance change

Allow a character access to the screens in order to change hair style, height, Change the spelling of a name, at the cost of a little gold etc.

Why this is a good idea

OMG- I have to kill off a character in order to change a hair style or change the spelling of the name. Lets fix that. I would not allow a profession change, but why not everthing else. Hey. Maybe I grew an inch.
