Bulletin Board For Guild Recruitment (Discussion)

Some sort of Bulletin Board system or Town crier should be implemented that allows Guild Leaders/Officers to post that they are recruiting for their guild, this would cut down on the amount of spam in the chat channels. Players could then "Page" Through Listings to see if any guilds look appealing to them. There should be a way to leave Officer/Leader Contact info or Messages.

Why this is a good idea

• It would cut down on unnecessary spam in the chat channels as well as having a way for those players interested in joining a guild to easily find one.
• Guild Leaders and Officers could spend more time playing and less time recruiting.

Why it may not work out

• The only way I see this having a downfall would be if just anyone was allow to post recruitment messages, however if the system was setup so that only leaders and officers could post recruitment listings, as well as instituting some kind of report function, for those Just in case situations, this shouldn't be a problem.

Good idea, like to add more if i may, but might not be good or anything.

1. Only designated guild personnel (aka the Guild Recruiter) can post on this bulletin
2. A Search function, so that players who wish to join a particular guild can check if there's an opening.
3. Option set by Guild Recruiter so that players can pay a small fees which will be given to the Guild for a "grand tour" and try on the Guild Cape, non refundable because the applicant wishes to take the tour willingly.
4. A Small amount to be paid by the Guild Recruiter for posting the Ads.
5. Recruiting through the Bulletin Board means Guild only pays a one time fees, applicants, after taking the grand tour and are sincere to joins the guild of their choice will have to pay the 100g, they will be put on a waiting list before getting an invite to officially joins the guild they have chosen.
6. Fees will be refunded if application are not approved.
7. For a small fees players can also put up a looking for Guild Ads (optional)
