Most of the people that like creations like to use there imagination

It would be great if we can gather random items and use basic logic to create our own custom items

Example: Creating an one hand sword

To create a sword I would start by getting a plan that I can train and use to make an item. This plan is only a blue print of how the sword looks like and not the materials I need. The damage and extra stats on the sword depends on what I use to create the sword.

Now that there is a plan I can use random items to create my sword. Each item I get depends on the level of area I’m in.

The sword still needs specific items – this sword needs:

10 metal bars, 2 cloth or leather strips, and 1 grinding stone

10 bars to create the blade and hilt, 2 leather straps to cover the hilt and 1 grinding stone to sharpen the blade

The custom parts that I use will depend on the stats of my sword

• I’ll use 10 steel bar on the sword to increase durability and damage of the sword,

• I’ll use thick strong leather to increase the skill, grip and critical strike that I can get with the sword and

• I’ll use an extra hard grinding stone so it can make the blade extra sharp to add extra damage

Know I have a basic sword

If I would like to have a magical sword I would have to add extra magical materials to the basic materials to increase the sword stats. The quality of the material depends on the rarity and difficulty to get it.

I like fire so I would get 5 hearts of a fire elemental to add extra fire damage to my sword.

Know I have a Fire Sword

Example: Creating an Potions

To create an potion I would also need an plan to create an specific potion (example – healing potion) or I can just get a bunch of random material and throw them into the pot and see what comes out.

Why this is a good idea

This is a great idea because there are no level limitations on the items I can create. I really hate it when I have a lot of items I can make but none of them fit my level requirement. It’s also great fun to create items/potions from random items and not really sure what might come out.

Why it may not work out

This is a great idea for all game types the only challenge to this is to balance all the creations to ensure that there isn’t any insane items that everyone is going to make
