Having Played the Warhammer Online game, I really find that I love the public quest system... but I wish it could be implemented a bit differently. The PvE public quests allow for something fun to do as a group, and allow for a neat way to help distribute gear or titles, but I feel that the format most shines as a type of PvP quest.. having a public quest in the middle of a PvP area (or in a PvP instance) would be amazing..
