Rainbow Dye (Discussion)
Basicly, my idea is to replace or expand the current dye system with a "rainbow dye". It doesn't have to be a flask of dye as known from the original game, it could be an option offered by a specific NPC, but the basic idea is as follows.
When using a "rainbow dye", a color chart such as the one at the left should appear, like the current dye window. Players are to choose a color from this color chart, and the selected armor should be dyed the selected color. If implementing this in the form of a magical flask of dye while maintaining the original dye system, I think these dyes should only drop in the really high-end regions of the game, to decrease drops in value of "regular" dyes. And, perhaps a "metallic" variant of the rainbow dye would be a nice idea as well.
