I assume that the Orrian Penninsula will be a large desert environment, so, as Palawa Joko has dammed up the Elona River and the Dragons are changing so much of Tyria, why not have the Crystal Desert sink back into the ocean and bring back the Crystal Sea. It will introduce a brand new region without leaving Tyria and Orr and most of Elona are now a desert so the amount of desert increases anyway. It could be that the dragon of the Crystal Desert did this to begin to resurect the Margonite civilization as its minions, or something like that. Settlments along this area could also immitate Mediterranian culture.

Why this is a good idea

• Generates a new enironment to replace an already explored area
• Kourna, Vabbi, and Orr will likely be deserts in GW2, how many do we need

Why it may not work out

• May upset fans of the Crystal Desert
• This development is mentioned in The Movement of the World so this page is pointless
