Video capturing (Discussion)
There's plenty of reasons people want to capture video, as opposed to just screenshots. For example: instructional videos (how to farm; how to death level a pet; how to use a particular GvG tactic); trophy videos (yes, I really did max my zaishen title); machinima; and just wanting to show off things you think look good.
Currently, the tech-savvy use various programs to capture video, but ANet would be doing all its players a great service if it allowed "record the next 5 minutes" as a in-game feature, that simply saved a mpeg to a /guild wars/video folder on your hard disk.
