Weapon Sub Classes
My idea is that instead of adding a huge amount of new weapons, you could divide some existing weapons into groups. Right now the only difference between two swords is their damage type and their skin. Same goes for all other weapons assuming they are all max and not modded. What I was thinking is that you could divide each weapon type into sections like for swords they could be divided into short swords, long swords and great swords with short swords being fast attacking but low damaging, long swords being the middle and great swords being high damage and low attack speed with maybe something like inherent armor penetration (similar to the difference between a hornbow and a shortbow). Because it's only bows that have seperate weapon groups, you could add a whole lot more weapon customization, without really adding that many new weapons. They already have lesser average and greater skins for weapons in EotN, why not make them behave differently?
