Why this is a good idea

•   To have a more unique character but mods shouldnt give a character an advantage

mabe custom weapons and armour. and another suggestion facegen compatability like oblivion has.

Why it may not work out

• people may make mods that give a very unfair advantage. so mabe there should only be apearance mods.
