Issue

Glyph of Immolation and Anthem of Weariness cause their condition before the spell/attack hits, this skill doesn't. That makes the combination with Stoning and Glowstone a bit more tricky and it is just odd in general that not everything works the same way.

Suggestion

Make Ward of Weariness apply the weakness before the spell hits, just like the above mentioned skills.
