- Issue
- If you have enough signets on your bar to make this worth taking, you're not likely to need the energy (you have to have quite a balanced bar). Also it only really works in signet smiter builds or /Me builds or whatever since there are very few non-smiting monk signets. It would work OK with Signet of Rejuvenation and Signet of Devotion but it's not worth giving up your elite slot for the extra energy.
- Suggestion
- Make this skill a bit more generally useful. Something like:
- Elite Enchantment Spell. For 10...30...35 seconds, whenever you use a Signet it activates and recharges 5...17...20% faster and you gain 3 Energy.
- This would be quite a minor buff. Admittedly having faster recharges on signets has led to problems with them being OP (Mantra of Inscriptions) but 15-20% is not a big amount at all, especially when you consider that signet smiters are not likely to want to take a lot of Divine Favour. What's more, it's not very effective to combine it with MoI since between them (in PvP anyway) they'll only give you a ~40% faster recharge at most (seeing as you won't have a high DF or Inspiration Magic score), which is not that much for two skill slots, one elite. However, it would give it a bit more usefulness and also mean that you can use your signets again more often, meaning the energy gain you get from this is also increased (by about 25% at 15 DF). Additionally, the slightly faster activation wouldn't be significant compared to, say, a mesmer's Fast Casting, but would give oyu an edge against interrupts and might make Signet of Devotion or Signet of Mystic Wrath worth taking.
- This would also encourage use of this skill in non-signet smiter builds, since having Signet of Rejuvenation for examply with a 6-7 second recharge would make it a bit more spammable, especially since it gives you energy (it's no way going to be OP though since currently SI + SoR give you less than +1 energy regen's worth of energy, which is not a lot for an elite slot).

- -Signet heavy builds dont need energy. Why would you need energy on a signet build?
- -Was originally meant to counter Bonder-based build's cost (needs better synergy with prot-bonds). You lose 3 energy for each damage taken by tank -- even with Baltahzar's Aura and Essence Bond -- your still losing 1 energy per bond.
- Suggestion
- -Make it a Signet!
0 ¼ 15 - (Divine Favor) - Elite Signet. You remove 1 hex and 1 condition for each enchantment you are maintaining. (10 seconds.) Whenever you cast a Spell, you heal for an additional + 5...29...35 Health (maximum 60) and gain 0...2...3 Energy (maximum 6) for each signet you have equipped.
