Issue
One of the single most powerful skills in the game even without spirits. With them, it also gains massive condition removal.
Suggestion
Something along the lines of:
"Spell. Target ally is healed for 5...61...75 Health. For each Spirit within earshot, that ally is healed for a further 2...12...15 health and loses one Condition (max three spirits)."
This would still be a powerful spell, especially considering anyone who uses it already tends to have at least one spirit as it is, but would be slightly less imba, particularly for secondaries as the scaling has been changed to be worse at lower Restoration magic ranks (i.e. N/Rts). The fact that it scales more based on spirits also puts a greater emphasis on team synergy and whatnot (i.e. taking team members with spirits) as opposed to simply needing one spirit as most skills do, but is limited to 3 so that teams with lots and lots of spirits (e.g. Spiritway) don't get even more massive heals out of it and no longer have unlimited condition removal (though 3 is still quite a lot).
