Nerfed a barely used skill into oblivion due to other classes.
Suggestion
*"For Great Justice!" 5e/45r Shout. For 8..20..20 seconds, you gain 100% adrenaline with your attacks. (Strength)
*"For Great Justice!" 5e/45r Shout. For 8..20..23 seconds, when you hit with an attack, you gain 1 additional strike of adrenaline. (Strength)

Agreed with above suggestion but since Anet is too lazy to scale this with Strength

Issue
The nerf sucked. Izzy is too lazy to scale it with Strength.
Suggestion
For 20 seconds, you gain an additional strike of adrenaline when you hit with attacks WHILE NOT WIELDING DAGGERS.

The skill has been killed

OK, this skill needed to be adressed, but it's been totally killed. 17.8% uptime is no good for anybody.
Suggestion
Either simply knock the recharge down to 20Recharge time (or 25Recharge time if you want to play it safe) or revert it (or nearly revert it) but add something like "You can only gain one extra strike of adrenaline this way every second" or something similar, so that double strikes don't superpower it.
Or scale with Strength/disable the bonus if wielding daggers)
New Suggestion
Make this decent on warriors again, and useable, but less effective on other characters, like this:
"For Great Justice!" (PvP) "For Great Justice!" (PvP) 5 Energy 20 Recharge time.
Shout. Gain 0...2...3 Energy. For 6...9...10 seconds, when you hit with an attack, you gain 1 additional strike of adrenaline. (Attribute: Strength).
A change like this would mean that on Warriors, the overall duration and energy cost per second would be roughly the same as it used to be. However on non-Warriors, while the skill would still be reasonably useful, it wouldn't be as efficient since it would last only about 2/3 of the total duration it used to, plus it would cost more (however, other classes have better energy management and so can get around this a bit). It also means that overall, it's just as effective as it was, but that it can only be used for short bursts as opposed to allowing BB sins to spike repeatedly within their 20 second window.

My suggestion

  • "For Great Justice!" 5Energy 40 Recharge time. For 2..13..20 seconds, you gain 1 extra strike of adrenaline with your attacks while using an axe, hammer, or sword. (Strength)

Chaos Messenger Issue

In PvE it's bad to keep up 2/5 of the time or so. In PvP it's a stylish "never-use-again" nerf.
Suggestion
Make it useable. "

5 Energy0 Activation time20 Recharge time For 20 seconds you gain 50% more adrenaline." Should work. In the long run the amount of adrenaline gained is even a little higher, but it can't be used to fuel adrenaline for things like Backbreaker in a short time.
