"Victory is Mine!" "Victory is Mine!"
Issue -- Skill not usefull for Warriors
- Issue
- This skill has a recharge that is too big for it to be used as a healing skill and warriors will use Warrior's Endurance if they want endless energy.
- Suggestion
- Do it like a Non-Pve skill version of Finish Him but slightly better since its an elite skill.
Skill is quite useless
- Issue
- Most warriors would prefer 100 healing every 4 seconds than 375 healing every 15 seconds. Warrior's Endurance is better energy management.
- Suggestion
- Reduce recharge time to 12 seconds. Change description to: For each condition on target foe, you gain 10...56...68 health every 3 seconds(sort of like incredibly fast regeneration) and 3..6...7 energy.
Skill needs an overhaul
- Issue
- Useless by itself as a healing skill, and most Warrior's won't have enough capacity for the energy gain.
- Suggestion
- Reduce recharge to 5 seconds. Change to "Elite Shout. If target foe is suffering from a condition, you gain 30...110...138(numbers given are random, let Anet fix it) health and 1...2...2 strikes of adrenaline."
- Suggestion 2
- Reduce recharge to 8 seconds. Change to "Elite Shout. If target foe has less health than you or is below 50% health, gain 1...3...4 strikes of adrenaline."
Skill needs an overhaul 2
- Issue
- Useless by itself as a healing skill, and most Warrior's won't have enough capacity for the energy gain.
- Solution
Change to "Elite Shout. For every condition suffered by target foe, you gain 20...50..55(numbers given are random, let Anet fix it) health, 0...1..1 strike of adrenaline and 0...1..1 energy."
Skill might need a Reversal StatMan 06:27, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
- Warriors can't use the energy this gives (with 3 conditions, you might max out your energy), and most builds that use energy will use something more consistent.
- The recharge is too long, compared to skills like Sadist's Signet. Also, buffing Vim might make an assassin condition build too powerful.
- Suggestion
- Turn the skill around. Elite shout: Target foe loses 5...29...35 Health (max 140), and 1...4...5 energy for each condition suffered by foe. Recharge should be about 8 (compare to Signet of Deadly Corruption), and possibly add a cast time(1/2 or 3/4). Should have much better recharge since it is elite. Assassins are also better at applying conditions. Also, keep in mind the insane damage on Signet of Toxic Shock, and the fact that you only need ONE condition to get 100 damage. Maybe add in "for each condition or hex suffered by target foe", and adjust recharge to 12.
Sneaky's Suggestion
- issue
- not reliable, not enough gain,
- Suggestion
- Move to Strength
- Victory is Mine!. 5 1
- Elite Shout.Target foe takes 40...72...80 damage. You gain 0...8...10 Energy and 10...162...200 Health. If target foe has less than 50% Health, that foe suffers from Cracked Armor for 5...13...15seconds.
Falconeye's Proposal
- Suggestion
5 0 15 - (Tactics) - Elite Shout. (5...17...20 seconds.) Your attacks against target foe deal +5...9...10 damage and have 20% armor penetration.
Impaled's Issue - 15:30, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
- Issue
- Not that reliable, and it's in tactics... Besides, warriors have such a small energy pool that you'd probably just waste a bunch.
- Suggestion
5 0 15 Elite Shout. (15 seconds.) You gain 0...1...1 strike of adrenaline and 1...3...3 energy every 3 seconds. Ends if target foe is above 60...108...120% of your current health.

- Issue
- Nerfed past the point of usefulness.
- Suggestion
- Change functionality to:
- Elite Shout. (8 seconds) Your attacks against target foe deal +0...8...10 damage and have 20% armor penetration.
- Would work like Asuran Scan in and out of PvE. It would allow a Warrior to pick a target that gain certain benefits against them. While it is not removable, it also blocks out the elite slot that is normally used for an attack skill, gives base armor penetration which doesn't allow for stacking with other base armor penetration and tips off the enemy that they're going to be targeted. Giving it a foe-targeting effect like the one proposed above also avoids abuse by trap rangers (if that was still a worry).
