  • Issue: This skill could use a rework in its design. Most warriors that go for the kill would rather not try to regain adrenaline during a spike but would rather wait until they already have built up the adrenaline required before unleashing their spike on their target. Therefore, this shout should be redesigned with another effect in mind in aiding the warrior in making a final blow on his/her target.
  • Suggestion: The conditional should remain but change the functionality to "When target foe is below 50%, your next attack skill does +5...35...42 damage and cannot be blocked." or "When target foe is below 50%, your next attack skill inflicts a deep wound for 5...17...20 seconds."

Discussion

Well it sounds like this skill just needs some rework, some good suggestions there allthough I think your just not gonna care on a warrior bar, you need every slot to be so strong utility wise why bring something to use on a guy whos about to die, until it helps you a TON. There might be an adrenaline number here that would be cool thou, like if you gained 10 strikes of adrenaline or something like that. Izzy @-'---- 02:46, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Not enough adrenaline gain to be desirable, generally bad.
Suggestion
Give warriors what they want. "Target foe suffers from Cracked Armor for 0...8...10 seconds." Simple and suitable, good for spiking and EotN skills.

Enraging Charge>This crap

Weaker than enraging charge, it's in the same line and tries to do the same thing but fails

Your next attack deals double damage. No effect unless target is below 50% health.

Not very useful, as foes below 50% in organized areas of PvP die too quickly for you to benefit from the extra adrenaline.

Shout. Inflicts Cracked Armor (1...8...10 seconds). You gain 1...3...3 adrenaline. No effect unless target foe is under 50% Health.
This would introduce Cracked Armor in to Warrior primaries. While this would really only be useful in use with Body Blow, it would also help someone who chose to bring it to take down other Warriors and Paragons with more ease than normal. Cracked Armor is a pretty weak condition, so adding it in more places wouldn't change anything in PvE or PvP too much. (I do completely understand the caution of adding another condition in to the game, but the initial "shock" is over and it wouldn't hurt to give people who want to use it more options.)
