Theres a good reason for it to have 8 recharge, it is a double strike and is unblockable. I like sins as much as the next non-naruto fan but I sure would not like to get spiked by golden fox, wild strike + this every 4 seconds, would you? Prokiller88 04:36, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

The fact is, people don't spike with it period. --Lann 15:48, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
Wild Strike needs a slight nerf anyway, and this could be made into more of a pressure skill without much trouble. Sins need a pressure combo, since they're the only melee that doesn't get pressure just by auto-attacking (if you call 7-17 damage pressure, even when it hits 22 or so some of the time, I need to see how much health the people you're up against have). I'd prefer to see A new, unconditional unblockable lead with +20 or so damage at 15 dagger mastery, fox fangs with a 4 second recharge, and this with a 4 second recharge, partly to see what happens, and partly because it would be a nice way to promote pressure play. --Kalas Silvern 18:51, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
Yes this at 4 recharge would not be overpowered. Most people would still take twisting fangs over this any day. This might actually see some play with 4 recharge. --Lann 20:52, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
So you guys would like a 4 second recharging combo that can use a different elite than SA. That gives alot of options as far as elites go, such as shadow shroud, shadow meld, AoD(which means non-stop ganking, Impale can be used for deep wound), or moebius strike to chain with twisting fangs. Prokiller88 03:42, 20 June 2008 (UTC)
Moebius can be blocked. This does not remove enchantments nonstop. And SA uses impale anyway so what is your point? --Lann 18:07, 20 June 2008 (UTC)
Pretty much what Lann said. Note I said to lower damage on the unblockable lead to go along with that change? The idea is to promote sins in pressure play by giving them a non-instagib combo, with a reasonable recharge, that despite having no innate DW does something interesting against blockweb. Note that this also does not remove the ability to prot the target. Damage may need a slight adjustment, but overall it wouldn't screw up balance much (at least not anymore than stallway buffs do) --Kalas Silvern 03:05, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
It would just be a non-elite weaker version of shattering assault that does not remove encantments and does less damage. --Lann 05:45, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
My only beef with it is ganking, like pro said. ---- NUKLEAR User NuclearVII signature 3.jpgIIV 13:22, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
Im not against ganking, its just that it would open up alot of elite possibilities for a combo would be unblockable and deals +196 damage every 4 seconds, oh and unblindable.prokiller88 23:08, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
Well, if anyone is still monitoring this page (*listens to crickets), how's the idea of making this do maybe +20 or +30 max (current I believe is +42 or so), but make it do an extra amount (+20 or +25 or so) if the opponent has a block skill active. As usual, this change would be aimed at harming blockweb while hopefully keeping damage under control. (Besides, a skill with this awesome an animation needs some sort of neat unique effect). --Kalas Silvern 06:59, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
Maybe something like "this skill is unblockable, and if it would have been blocked it deals a further +1...13...16 damage". We don't have any skills like that right now (Seeking Blade, Irresistable Blow et.c. would imo be better if they did, but they don't), but I don't see why it isn't possible, and it would certainly punish blockers a bit. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:82.9.25.106 (talk).
IMO it's likely that unblockability completely bypasses the block check, in which case it would be impossible to determine whether or not the attack would have been blocked. -- Gordon Ecker 23:50, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Hmm, probably, but you could always just simulate it, presumably? Might be a bit awkward just for the sake of one skill, but still. I guess what with not having programmed the game, we don't know. :-(. Anyway, I like the idea. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:86.24.4.228 (talk).

retarded

^all the suggestions, sins dont need even moar spammable damage, they alrdy got golden fox, wild, moebius, db, shattering...make it a useful & funny & interesting skill to chain with instead of pure domoges... - wuhy 86.101.134.142 14:08, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
