worthless ? In deadly arts its far better off as you can use augury,palm,entangling,etc

Yeah, lil, better off but still worthless. But the problem with this is that it either is heniously OP, or pathetic like this. I think a rework is in order? (By the way, you can indent using colums. How about for some amount of time (3-5 seconds?), target foe has x% miss chance, and cannot target allies with enchantments? Lower the recharge to 15 in this case? This way, it still helps when coordinated, but is still useful as a general hex. --Kalas Silvern 22:13, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Maybe just add something simple like getting 10% less benefit from healing. Would make it quite powerful in a spike.
