- Remember, Anet hates single character spikes- they don't want the monks to whine, they like their invulnerability, or haven't you noticed. That said, I would love to see this reverted to what it was pre-nerf, it'd be nice to be able to do something resembling spike damage in AB again. --Kalas Silvern 02:40, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
This skill needs to reworked entirely to how it was intended to do. Mesmers elite skills are the most lacking of the core characters and dom espeically needs something other than pblock and esurge in pvp and pve as well. Change to 10 energy, 1 sec cast, 20 second recharge. For 10 seconds, target foe is hexed with enchanters canundrum and casts enchantments 100% longer. If this hex lasts for its duration, target foe takes 30...102...120 damage. The skills works as it was intended to, caster pressure, without stupid spike combo with shatter dilusions. --Cabra
- Kalas, if monks weren't invincible as they are now, we'd see 4 monk backlines just so we could survive. Mere practicality is the reason monks get powerful skills. -- NUKLEAR IIV 15:29, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
agreed. The skill was a little to spikey before but wasn't that op. Any decent monk would pre-veil and remove it anyway so the only people really hurt by it were wars. It was a fun way to play mesmers for a little while. So, yeah, revert but lower the damage, definitely lower damage tho..Psychiatric Consultant 20:50, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
