If you only change cast time and make it target an ally, still no one uses it because of it's 30 seconds recharge... And these xx dmg per second spells normally suck in PvP, so yes I tried to make this an AR (balanced) copy). :/ A. von Rin 00:02, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

Compared to how it's now, my suggestion is imba... ^^ And don't forget that it has holy damage which ignores armor (AR doesn't), so I had to lower the damage drastically. Btw AR is still slightly OP and nearly all GvG teams use it. As long as Izzy doesn't balance it to stats that will maybe similar to this ones, people will continue QQing. To make an identic copy of something that is OP is pointless, that's why it had to be more balanced... A. von Rin 01:54, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
Kirin's wrath + Symbol of Wrath + Ancestor's rage, it'd be 75 + 75 + 110, 260 aoe damage in a second out of which 150 is armor ignoring, and if your whole team stacks up with mo/rt and a tank pve would be as easy as stamping on kittens. change it to something else, not this similiar to ancestor's rage. --Blood Anthem 16:30, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
PvE doesn't matter, there you have Ursans and it already is too easy. Damage in PvP would be about 70 to adjacent foes and this isn't really OP. A. von Rin 17:10, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
i think u deny the fact that it has a duplicate and then ancestor's, i dont give a fuck about pve really but ancestor's times 3 is pretty much damage as u can toss these three on the same target at the same time, triggering the 260 damage as a spike, the above idea could be scaled to pvp easily. --Blood Anthem 03:02, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
And what would be your idea for improving this terrible skills? You btw deny that at 1 second it can be easily interrupted compared to AR, the recharge is long, they can't stack because of being skills (no Mo/X-Spike) and SB kills the damage. I still don't think this is that bad, but I could reduce the damage still a bit (by 10?). A. von Rin 03:13, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
u cant have two ancestor's on u at the same time, but u can have ancestor's + kirins wrath + symbol of wrath on u at the same time, and alot of people in ur team can have these skills, take 3 persons, each have all of these skills and cast at the same time on an ally surrounded by foes. and they all have these 3 skills and spike after each other, besides that u can't suggest changing a skill to be the same as another skill, these are duplicates, that just make them 3 except one in another attribute making lightning damage. --Blood Anthem 03:22, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
Decreased activation and recharge should be enough. Right now even if you did get some use out of it (which you wouldn't) it takes 30 secs to recharge. Maybe make it last only, say, 3 secs and buff the damage a bit too. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:82.25.180.160 (talk).

(Resetting indent) The reason why Ancestor's was bad is that it was nasty and spikey. Since this has a longer duration it's more of a pressure skill or a "get away from me (or take damage)!" skill. Just make it target ally (i.e. "foes adjacent to target ally") and like halve the recharge. Right now it's OK but then you have to wait 30 seconds for it again, and it's just not worth it. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:86.27.136.194 (talk).

My suggestion would be to make them nukes like the Heats. Just leave everything else the same, or increase the cost if needed, maybe to 10e 70.108.172.107 23:06, 22 November 2008 (UTC).

I think making this like Ancestor's Rage is an interesting idea. It'd synergize very well with Reversal of Damage and Balthazar's Aura. I think they could even change these to behave like Light of Deldrimor. Just a straight, close-range AoE burst.
Like this: 5E, 3/4A, 20R, All adjacent foes take x.....y..z holy damage. Doing it this way would make it more viable in conjunction with Holy Strike and Stonesoul Strike. Painted Bird 18:59, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
