Hmm, while wielding ashes might work. Otherwise, this spell is a bit weak because it's window of effectiveness is so short. If it is only going to be active "while summoning spirits", it should have a stronger effect, like 75% less damage while or something. Because if you try summoning a 5 second spirit, chances are you get a distracting arrow in the neck anyway. Heck, make this song make your binding rituals uninterruptible, since you can't feel the distracting shot anyway.  :) - Elder Angelus 20:30, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

How about "You have 4...6...7 base damage reduction and while casting Binding Rituals you have a further 4...6...7 damage reduction and a 50% chance to block attacks." This would help protect you from interrupts due to the 50% Block chance, and be more useful while not casting Binding Rituals. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:81.105.50.128 (talk).

Falconeye's Addendum

With Lancy's versions like this, I could setup Rit-Hero Razah with--Ritual Lord, Displacement, Shelter, Union, Empowerment, Mighty Was Vorizun, Armor of Unfeeling, & Boon of Creation--and park him where ever I want in PvE-HM and not ever have to worry about him dying/aggroing. With Shaman or Herald insignias, he could easily achieve 105-110 armor rating, comparable with warriors! --Falconeye 16:17, 20 September 2008 (UTC)

You're aware that's a reason against your proposed changes, right? Bathory 11:51, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
I like the idea of being able to block while summoning, maybe it should be scalable between 25% and 75% (@15 ^^) but the armor bonus makes it a bit OP. No caster should be able to have creatures fighting for him and a AL comparable to a warrior's one. For the fast recharge with item... why not but then recharge time should be longer ;).Cornflakeboy 09:24, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

Best upgrade ever. Has this officially been addressed? --Falconeye 10:02, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
