This plus Ritual Lord means you can activate spirits almost instantly.--Lancy1214 22:31, 18 September 2008 (UTC)

Meaning that RL as it stands is far too focused on recharge -- and not focused enough on keeping spirits alive enough -- that even as elite, its difficult to balance and so Anet split it. Under Active System, thats no longer an issue, so tweaked this for better synergy.
