- -Weak Weapon Spell
- -Two second cast time for a recharge reduction?
- -overshadowed by Serpent's Quickness which can't be interrupted
- -Needs an aggressive buff...helpful for ritualists while in the midst of battle

- Weapon of Quickening - 10 1 5 - (Communing) - Weapon Spell. Elite Weapon Spell. (5...21...25 seconds.) Spells and binding rituals activate 33% faster and recharge 33% faster. No effect unless spirits are within earshot.

Impaled's issue

- Pretty clunky 2sec cast time; might as well get another elite; communing's pretty bad overall.
- Suggestion
- How about something like...
- Weapon of Quickening - 10 1 12 - Elite Weapon Spell. (1...20...25 seconds.) Spells and (binding?) rituals cast and recharge 25% faster.
- It would help against interrupts on important spells, but I'm not sure if it's enough. Kinda sleepy.
