Ritual Lord Ritual Lord

Lancy's & Falconeye's Proposal

Issue
-1- Outdated Concept- (see Ritual Lord & Battle Meditation)
-Obsolete by Imbagon.
-Spirit Supporters no longer see any decent play (if any at all) in high level areas.
-Dreadful energy management compared to other elite-updates (see Ether Prism)
-Assassin's Promise is 100% superior, requiring more skill and provides greater overall fun factor (see AP Spirit Spammer).
-Spirits were overpowered in PvP for quite a while; however IIRC that was before the N/Rt nerfs, which might be sufficient to either make a spirit buff safe in PvP or do a split.
-2- Nearly all Binding Rituals worth spamming with Ritual Lord are too expensive and never last longer then 6 seconds (see Lancy1214's Active Binding Rituals).
-Some Spirits already have quick recharges compared to their durations.
-As I'm striving for Binding Rituals to becoming more active, a recharge reduction of 50% would be a little harsh considering the vast party wide buffs that these rituals have to offer and the smaller recharge times now
-A ritualist specializing in summoning spirits could use this to cast the rituals even faster, avoiding interruption (most of the time), strive for a longer duration, and increased reliability/survivability of summoned creatures in general.

Suggestion

Updated
See Soul Twisting (penalty for ritual skills)
See Rage of the Ntouka (penalty for spells)
