@Lancy:

The weapon spell is realy strong right now. What u expect would be hard imba. Yullive 20:50, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
But I reduced the duration so the most you could remove was two conditions (Ignoring if you bring spawning power as well). Can you explain in depth why it would be imba?--Lancy1214 20:50, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
Spawning Power? --> remove 3 conditions (Spawning Power)
To heal 30Hp in one sec. and to remove 3 conditions over 9 sec. (270Hp) for 5 Energy would be hard imba. The spell is strong as it is. Why should they change it? Yullive 18:28, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
Because healing over time is worse than both damage prevention, healing, and condition removal and damage prevention and minor healing. This is basically an elite Healing Breeze, except it also prevents you from using other weapon spells unless you want to cancel the effect. --71.229 18:38, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
Weapon of Remedy heals only 75Hp and removes one condition. It heals 2 conditions and 200Hp less. I would prefer that, although I would have to take heal over time. The 75 "Harm" and the 2 sec. better Recharge time are just a nice add. Weapon of Warding costs 2 times Energy and heals 80Hp over the same timeand it does less, if the target has already 7 regeneration pips or more. So it heals 190Hp less and it does less. The block chance is great. But does not make the spell better than Spirit Light Weapon.Yullive 18:08, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
Which is why Spirit Light Weapon is elite right? It should be better than non-elite skills. Healing over Time is not the best way to heal people and like stated above, hinders you from using other weapon spells (In case a melee spike is coming, Weapon of Warding would be the better option). The buff I gave it was simply making it an elite.--Lancy1214 00:34, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Spirit Light Weapon is elite because it has un-removable Heal Over Time, and couples with any regeneration skill or ability.

Spirit Light Weapon- +30 hp every second Troll Ungent- +16-20 hp every second

50 HP a second? Think about that for a second. Oh crap, you just gained 50 HP in that second.

sorry to burst your bubble but where do you see 50 Hp per second?--Lancy1214 22:07, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
I think, though, that your suggestions are just a bit too powerful. The first one would give a lot of Condition removal, but since it only lasts a few seconds and is elite I guess you could live with that (kinda like Spotless Soul) but rits already have a lot of condition control and adding more to the high health gain this gives is IMO a bit much. The second suggestion is more in-line thanks to its higher recharge and lower duration, but I still think a 75% block chance is too much (personally I dislike having block chances that high anywhere if they can be avoided). Possibly it would be better if the block chance was lowered (kinda like an elite Weapon of Warding).
This skill is actually balanced when compared to Shield of Deflection; it only lasts half the duration and heals for 100 health. And rit's only have three condition removals; Weapon of Remedy which needs an attacker to hit you, mend body and soul which requires spirits and mending grip which just bluntly sucks compared to the other two.--Lancy1214 19:23, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
Ritualists should NOT have more protection skills in restoration. Restoration is already better than healing prayers (with the exception of Word of Healing which is ELITE) and you propose to turn it into "healing prayers x 2 + protection prayers?" No way!

Hrmm...

Maybe a little much? ._.; I'm totally up for lowering :D! just give the word :O! Nikdanbro 11:00, 20 November 2008 (UTC)
