Chaos Messengers' Issue

I like that one, though personally I'd go for a slightly lower duration more like 0...2...3 with a 15 sec recharge, thus it needs a little more timing and a decent window if the RNG doesn't work in your favor too much. And a long enough recharge not to have it be too abused from mass KD's...maybe 20 seconds. Weaponmaster 00:17, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
