Issue
There is no point in bringing one skill with you for gaining adrenaline if you for some reason would get knocked down, and self-inclicted knockdowns are bad which removes synergy with any good builds.
Suggestion
"For 0...6...7 seconds, the next time you are blocked, target foe is knocked down." This is delicious for killing stuff in PvP since everything gets blocked.

Issue
Not very useful for a warrior who has purposefully knocked themselves down to gain benefit from this skill.
Suggestion

5 Energy0 Activation time8 Recharge time

Shout. You gain 1...4...5 Adrenaline and lose 0...2...3 conditions if you are knocked down.
The numbers above are meant sort of like a lot of skill's effects in attributes like Inspiration Magic, where they're supposed to be useful around the attribute level of 9 or 10. If they're too strong, that's fine and they can be lowered or tweaked. Adding condition removal would make it easier for warriors in splits and in small arenas to not only deal with things such as Cripple, Blind and Weakness but to remove some pressure off of their healer. As they would need to be knocked down, they wouldn't be able to use it while pummeling someone and it could help their enemy kite away far enough before the conditions are reapplied.
