- Fire damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 Divine Favor)
- Halves skill recharge of Healing Prayers spells (Chance: 20%)
- Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
Replica[edit]
This item cannot be replicated, as the modifications that are required ("Wand Wrapping of Memory") would instead halve the skill recharge of Divine Favor spells.
