“Known officially as the Summer Palace, this royal residence was heavily strengthened against the hurricanes that boiled up out of the south. It is in ruins as its foundations have washed away.

The Cyclone Palace, once belonging to the royals, has been abandoned and is sinking into the sea in Mehtani Keys. It currently acts as the base for Istani skales' efforts to organize themselves and push humans out of southeastern Istan. Their efforts were spearheaded by the Skale Lord Jurpa.
