Three Earth Altars can be seen during the Quest The Geomancer's Test around the crater with the big crystals.
They can be activated by clicking on them while you have a Scorched Lodestone in your inventory. The scorched lodestone will disappear.
When all three are activated, Stone Golem will spawn.
