ReportedAdmiral Kantoh (Zaishen quest)

Issue: Killing the Acolyte of Balthazar completes the quest as if it were Admiral Kantoh.
Steps to reproduce the issue: Kill the Acolyte of Balthazar (and possibly its party) before killing Admiral Kantoh.

ReportedFires in the North

Issue: When completed, says to go to duke barradin for reward, marker is on captain arne in ascalon.
Steps to reproduce the issue: just finished the quest properly?

ReportedTo See the Sights

Issue: The NPCs spawned are named Istani Nobles, although they have Vabbian Noble skins.
Steps to reproduce the issue: Exit The Astralarium with the quest in your quest log.
Additional info: According to the quest offerer they are supposed to be "Vabbian nobles".
