== My suggestions == Why not bulletin board? It could be two, three in the cities and perhaps one, two in the smaller towns. On them may be things about guilds, alliances, news and other things stand. Perhaps a guild looking for new members, then instead of spamming a chat, or make a website, they can make an ad on the bulletin board that others can then read. It could also be a fee for posting ad so people do not put out for fun.
