Vocal Minority Vocal Minority 10 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time. Hex Spell. Also hexes foes near target (5...17...20 seconds). These foes cannot use shouts or chants

  • Suggestion to change to:

Vocal Minority Vocal Minority 10 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time. Hex Spell. Also hexes foes near target (5...17...20 seconds). These foes take 25...85...100 damage each time they use a shout or a chant.

  • Just to kind of balance it out. Necromancers can be over-powered at times when they are able to stack hexes on one foe, or spread AoE hexes continuously, and to deliberately and directly shut down someone using chants or shouts (ie: Paragon) I think is over-powered. Just an idea. Maybe balance it out and use it like a Backfire, but for shouts/chants. Ulcerous Lungs causes bleeding, and Well of Silence already causes people to not be able to use shouts. This might also balance out Domain of Anguish just a tad also, for Paragon players, as Domain of Anguish has sufficient hexes to shut people (mainly Paragons) down. Just an idea.
