Current behaviour:

Divine Boon Divine Boon: 5 Energy¼ Activation time10 Recharge time Enchantment Spell. While you maintain this Enchantment, whenever you cast a Divine Favor or Protection Prayers Spell that targets an ally, that ally is healed for 15...51...60 Health, and you lose 1 Energy.

Boon Signet Boon Signet: 0 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time Elite Signet. Heal Target ally for 20...68...80 Health. Your next Healing Prayers or Protection Prayers spell that targets an ally heals for an additional 20...68...80 Health.

For many players, Divine Boon is a good example of "I would like to like it". The concept is good and it's almost useable. Mixing it with Boon Signet also felt like a good idea. Unfortunatly, while your initial point was pretty obvious (preventing smiters to heal too much too easily), the way you restricted it ended up nerfing aspects that may have not deserved it, and disallowing potentially interesting builds. For example, Boon Signet not working on Deny Hexes seems a bit too bad, considering how obvious the synergy is.

I doubt the Divine Boon restriction was really wanted considering how strong a regular Word of Healing build is, and would still be in comparison to this. Boon Signet has the same problem if you take into account the amount of redbarring needed in the current meta. So in both cases, the minor buff wouldn't break anything and allow for more variety.

My suggestion is: instead of being specific about Protection Prayers, Divine Favor or Healing Prayers, simply turn it into "non-smiting monk spell". It will allow them to work with unlinked spells, Divine Boon with Healing Light (another "almost good" spell) or Empathic Removal, Boon Signet with Deny Hexes, etc.
