I think this is a good idea, but I don't think ANet is ever going to consider it for GW2. resolution = withdrawn.

Quixotic Visions

Hex spell: for x...y...z seconds, target foe tilts at windmills: their skills and attacks are directed at the nearest non-combatant in the area. If there are no non-combatants, skills fail and weapon attacks should do damage against the target.

• Note: skills are not interrupted. They continue to take the full activation and recharge time, but have no effect on anyone.
• Trivia: Don Quixote de la Mancha is Miguel de Cervantes' fictional character, well known for his attacks on windmills, which he thought to be dragons.
