One on One Pvp

For pvp, I was thinking that some other games have very loose pvp. Guild wars one had pvp, but with very high standards. You couldn't just go up to your friend and say "Hey, I'll fight you to see which one of us is better" No, instead, you had to be level twenty, or create a pvp character, and you couldn't choose the person you fight. It was all random.

I think that in Guild wars 2, they should add an arena, or something, where you just type in the player you want to fight's name, and then be able to fight him one on one, without a team or anything. Because me and my friend like to go on other games and just have a one on one match.
