Yes, thank you. I had previously noted that they were suggested. Although th suggestion for a mailbox was reasonable, I felt the suggestion for the auctionhouse was pretty poor. Putting them together and linking them seemed to be a good option :) Chibot2000 11:11, 19 January 2010 (UTC)

Great idea! With an auction house you could go play rather than wait for someone to buy whatever you have to sell.. And if you give something to a friend using the mailbox, I think the item should be returned, not deleted, if he didn't log on for a certain amount of time. Shill 20:32, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

It would be very useful and surely reduce WTS spam, but the problem is if they did this they'd be unoriginal and using content from other famous MMOs (specifically WoW). I did hear of Anet wanting to put a market outpost in the Battles Isles a while ago, which would be a place dedicated to trade. If they could implement this idea in GW2 and perhaps even make a part of a city dedicated to trading and call it the trade district, or even simply the market, it would be much more original. I have no doubt they are planning better, more advanced and convenient methods of trade and item exchange in GW2, especially with the great designers they have working for them.
