To give Blood Magic, a line that can basically do nothing other than stealing health and deal damage, a utilious skill.
^ this. Taking Blood Magic pretty much always means you've got a fail build (especially in PvP). It's not like bloodspike would benefit hugely from cripple anyway. Vili 点 User talk:Vili 10:15, 26 September 2009 (UTC)

Using it in Bloodspikes would be foolish since you are sacrificing a spiker for a crippler. Not to mention that Bspike either shadowsteps or casts at range anyway, taking away the need to snare. Dark Morphon 06:37, 27 September 2009 (UTC)
