Your Ether Renewal says (both) next to it, you mean for PvE and PvP? Because it makes the best healer in Guild Wars in PvE.--Short talk to me 15:22, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

yea, you mean second suggestion? ok--Tea Cat ._. 05:33, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

Input[edit]

All your second wind suggestions seem pretty lol, tbh. The first one is the most plausiable, the second is more... meeeh, too passive, and the third one just begs for spiking. L-orb, anyone?
Mind freeze is fine. It's very powerful, the only reason it's not used is because everything else is so damn powerful. Increase the hex duration, and that should be enough of a buff.
Your mist form suggestion is still pathetic. That skill needs an overhaul, defense elites aren't usually worth it unless if they break the game (Read: Shadow Form).
Your Starburst suggestion is also pathetic. Fire needs utility, not more damage. All of your suggestions are worse than, say, Double Dragon or liquid flame.
The second mind burn is just another SF. The first one is still worse than immolate.
Ether renewal - again, both are pathetic.
Your ether prodigy is worse than what it is now. Ether prod is fine as it is.
Stone Sheath - Just outright blindness (read:eruption) is better. The first one is only a tad better than the original, and the second one is just buildwars.
Thunderclap is fucking powerful. Use a snare or a KD. That's one of the easier ways to land a daze, doesn't need a buff.
Lsurge is fine. It always was, only outshadowed by other elites. A simple reduction in energy cost is enough to bring it back to play. 3rd suggestion is fucking weak.
Gust is awesome. The second suggestion weakens it quite a bit.
I see that you need to be a bit more aggressive with your buffs - some suggestions are actaulyl weaker than their original counterparts. -- NUKLEAR User NuclearVII signature 3.jpgIIV 19:46, 5 October 2009 (UTC)

Maybe you can make some suggestions that less-pathetic? Hm? Lsurge is fine.Ether prod is fine?Thunderclap is fucking powerful?? Then why the hell no people uses them? Just face it, you'll never use those elites I've listed, they're pathetic NOW--Tea Cat ._. 08:26, 7 October 2009 (UTC)

Just because skills are not used in the current meta does not mean they are underpowered. That is just Anet logic. People do not use Lightning Surge and Eprod because there are alternatives whic are overpowered. Buffing things like Thunderclap would just mean more power creep. What Koda said. -- NUKLEAR User NuclearVII signature 3.jpgIIV 17:01, 7 October 2009 (UTC)

I personally like the mechanic of exhaustion, but feel it's too punishing since the only way to counter it is an elite skill. You get a 10 point reduction on max energy that restricts regain to 1 point in the same time you'd normally recover 4. Casting a 0e exhausting spell (e.g. with GoLE) has a worst case scenario cost of 40 energy (4s/point*10s) and has a 30s full recovery time. Since 25 energy recovers in roughly 19 seconds, maybe 10 exhaustion should recover in 20s (2s/pip) - I'd think those skills would be more appealing without breaking balance then. --Falseprophet 22:34, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
