Focused Anger will not stack with other skills to bring your total adrenaline gain above 100%. However, if you have more than 100% gain from Focused Anger, you will still gain that amount (technically similar to armor boosting skills). I dont see issue here. Raemon 18:20, 2 October 2009 (UTC)
